These pancakes are about to change the way you eat homemade pancakes. Not only are they super delicious, super easy, and super dope, they are also super wholesome! No white flour necessary thank you very much. My recipe made about 22 smaller pancakes, about 3″ in diameter. After putting that into a recipe generator and pushing a few buttons (boop boop boop), Viola! Each pancake has 3 grams of protein. I had 3 myself, so that gives me 9 grams of protein just from eating pancakes. Not too shabby! If you’re wanting even more protein, add in a bit of vanilla whey protein powder.
