EASY DINNER ALERT! This Swiss Chicken Casserole is serisously so easy. It’s also a tasty favorite amongst my kiddos. Win win!

Let’s get started! First, grab that trusty 9X13 dish and place your chicken on the bottom of the dish. No need to use nonstick spray or oil, the chicken will not stick. Be sure to spread the chicken out as evenly as possible, being careful not to overlap.

This next step, which is OPTIONAL, is to cut the chicken into smaller cubes using food scissors. I like to do this as it makes serving SO much easier. I also love that the serving sizes are smaller and ready to go for my younger kiddos.

After you’re done cutting the chicken, top them with your swiss cheese slices. Again, be sure to place these evenly over your chicken, making sure none overlap. Some gaps here and there are totally fine. I use 6 slices and this works perfectly!

Then, pour your cream of chicken evenly over the top of the cheese and chicken. Use a spatula to help you spread it out. Make sure to get in all the nooks and crannys! You’ll then want to sprinkle some salt over the top as evenly as you can. This will give your dish a bit more flavor.

    Stuffing Topping

It’s time for the best part! The Stuffing!! Who says stuffing is only for Thanksgiving? Not this girl. This seriously makes this casserole soooo incredible good. Pour out the stuffing evenly over the top of the cream of chicken. Cover your 9X13 pan with a sheet of tin foil and cook for 45 mins at 350 degrees F. After 45 mins, take off the tin foil and cook for about 10 more minutes.
